1. We have tight deadlines - can you meet them?

We understand that our clients often have tight delivery schedules and will agree realistic deadlines with you before accepting each job. We will always do our utmost to meet agreed deadlines and will inform you immediately should any problems arise.

2. Is my confidential company information secure?

Yes. We take the security of your documents very seriously and have IT security systems in place to ensure the confidentiality of your information, as well as our own! We will never disclose your confidential company information to anyone.

3. Can you translate my material into several languages simultaneously?

Yes. We have experience of handling multi-language projects.

4. What happens if we make changes to our documents after you have begun translation?

Change management comes with the territory on major projects involving multiple stakeholders. If possible, please inform us in advance if the version we are working on is not the final version. Any changes should be tracked.

5. Can you translate my company website?

Yes, in partnership with your web developer, who will be able to provide us with the site content for translation. See http://www.rockabill.ie/ for a sample of our website localisation work.

6. I only have a printed copy - can you translate it?

No. We require editable files for translation.

7. What happens if I am not happy with your work?

We are delighted to receive feedback and will review and implement any reasonable revisions or corrections requested following a customer’s review at no extra charge, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied.

8. Will I find a cheaper service elsewhere?

The translation business is like any other - you get what you pay for. Money well spent now should pay off handsomely in the long run. We have experience of clients who have slashed their translation budget only to find it costing them dearly and delaying their print run. In one case, a customer was unhappy with the English translation of their annual report. We reviewed it and found it to be unsalvageable. The client agreed, decided to abandon it and asked us to re-translate their entire annual report from scratch.
